You can either mail us at care@vastrado.com or message us on any social media platform with the order id details and we will cancel the order on your behalf or you can even cancel it in my orders section on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once dispatched.

Once the order is canceled, the refund usually gets processed within 2 business day, further it may take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as per standard banking procedures.

You will not be able to change the product Size or color once the order is placed, you can cancel the existing order and you can place a new order before the order gets shipped.

You can also reach us via email at care@vastrado.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process modification requests, once the order is dispatched.

We provide 15 days, no questions asked, return and refund policy. The return pickup is processed within 2-3 working days. In case of cash on delivery order, you will have to share your bank account details while placing the return request or through email on care@vastrado.com or send the details on 9326604203 (WhatsApp) for the refund.
