What is the return & refund policy?
We provide 7 days, no questions asked, return and refund policy. The return pickup is processed within 2-3 working days. In case of cash on delivery order, you will have to share your bank account details while placing the return request or through email on care@vastrado.com or send the details on 9326604203 (WhatsApp) for the refund.
I have created the return request. When will the product be picked up?
It usually takes 2-3 working days for the courier partner to pick the order, although pickup orders placed before 1pm can also be picked up on the same day itself.
My return order hasn’t been picked up yet. What should I do?
Our delivery partners make up to 3 reverse pickup attempts for return requests. If the pickup is not successful, it may be marked as a pickup exception or canceled due to the following reasons:
- Unable to contact you
- Unable to locate your address
- Incorrect phone number or delivery address
- Incorrect pincode
After the first failed attempt, the delivery partner will try to contact you to reschedule the pickup. If the next two attempts also fail due to the above reasons, the return request will be marked as canceled.
To avoid this, please ensure your contact details are correct and respond to calls and messages from the delivery partner.

I want to exchange my order with a different size?
Once your return order is picked up, we shall issue you a coupon code of the product amount and you can directly place your exchange order from the website.
I have returned the garment, When will I receive the refund?
Once we receive your returned garment, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited to your source account.
I have received incorrect/defective products?
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. At Vastrado, we maintain strict quality control, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to share us an image of the damaged / defective product to care@vastrado.com. In case you fail to intimate us about the same within 24 hours of delivery, the return will not be processed.
What happens if I want to return/exchange the product after the return window is closed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after 15 days of delivery date.
I have placed a COD order. How will I receive the refund?
You can either opt for a coupon code of the product amount which you can redeem on your next purchase directly from the website or you can share us your bank account details, (account no. ifsc code and account holder name) the product amount will be credited within 5-6 working days.
Will I have to bear the shipping charges if I use my exchange order coupon code?
No. First exchange order is absolutely free. You can place a zero value order using the exchange order coupon code.
Can I exchange the purchased product against a higher-value product?
- Yes, you can opt for the higher value product against exchange with the existing lesser value product.
- If you choose the balance amount to be paid via COD, an additional cash handling charges of Rs.49 will be applied.
I was given a coupon code when I returned/cancelled my last order. How can I redeem it?
You can redeem your coupon code on your next purchase by entering it at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your total bill.
Important details about your coupon code:
- Validity: The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Single Use: The entire coupon amount must be used in one transaction (any unused balance will not be carried forward).
