How do I track my shipment?

After the order is dispatched you’ll automatically receive the tracking link on your registered number. If for any reason you’re not able to get the status please email us on care@vastrado.com or message us on any social media platform and we’ll be happy to help.

How can I check if the pin code of my city is deliverable or not?

Usually we provide delivery all over India, hence mostly all the pin codes are deliverable. Even then if you wish to check, you can mail us on care@vastrado.com and we will provide you with the required details.

Do I need to pay shipping charges for my order?

Yes. A shipping fee of Rs.99 will be charged on orders below Rs.999/- And an additional cash handling fee of Rs.49 will be charged on COD orders.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after it’s placed. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Delivery times depend on estimates from our delivery partners and may be affected by unexpected delays.

Can I open the package to check the contents before accepting it?

As per our company policy, packages cannot be opened for inspection before accepting delivery. However, if you have any concerns after accepting the package, please contact us at care@vastrado.com with unpacking footage within 24 hours of delivery.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

Although our automated warehouse minimizes errors, if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Call or Email with an unpacking video. We will investigate the matter, which may require 5-7 working days to resolve. Your understanding is appreciated

My order status says “RTO” what does this mean?

RTO stands for Return to Origin. If an order is marked as RTO, it means that our delivery partners made up to 3 delivery attempts but were unable to deliver for one of the following reasons:

  • Unable to contact you
  • Unable to locate your address
  • Incorrect phone number or delivery address provided
  • Incorrect pincode

After the first failed attempt, the delivery partner will try to contact you to reschedule the delivery. If the order remains undelivered after the next two attempts due to the above reasons, it will be returned to us and marked as RTO.

To avoid this, please make sure to answer calls from delivery partners and respond to any delivery rescheduling messages. If your order was marked as RTO without proper delivery attempts, please contact us through Call or Email, we’ll be happy to assist you in ensuring your order is delivered.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7-10 working days, please write to us at care@vastrado.com. We will investigate the issue and work to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
