Returns/Exchange

For easy returns/exchange please follow these steps -

STEP 1

Click on the return/exchange tab, enter your order id and registered mobile number, select the products you wish to return and confirm your return request. You can also reach us on our WhatsApp number 9136767378, 8828337099, 8828117033 or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

STEP 2

Our executive will call you within 48 hours to confirm the details and approve return pickup of your order. Orders are usually picked up within 3 working days from the delivered address.

STEP 3

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we undergo a quality check. As soon as it is done, your refund/exchange is processed.

Please note -

• You can find the order number in your invoice or mail
• Our customer care is available from Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm
• Return orders are delivered back to the warehouse within 5-7 working days
• All products to be returned/exchanged must be in unused and in their original condition with tags intact
• If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you
