Shipping Policy
Products will be delivered within 5-7 working days if not earlier. We have tied up with some of the reputed courier service providers to ensure prompt and safe delivery to your doorstep.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 15 days of receipt and get your money back. All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer.
- If you have placed a cod order, the amount can be refunded either in the form of Cashback/Coupon code or into your bank account. If you opt for a coupon code/cashback into your wallet, entire order amount including the freight charges will be refunded back to you and similarly if you opt for a refund into your back account, only the product amount will be refunded back.
- If the payment is prepaid, the refund shall be directly credited into your source account excluding the freight charges.
- If you opt for an Exchange, a one-time Coupon Code with the entire product amount shall be given to you within 24 hours and you can directly place your exchange order from the website. This coupon code can be redeemed within 15 days. Please note: If you choose products exceeding the coupon value, the exceeded amount shall be payable.
- If the payment has been made using a credit issued outside India, the refund will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations. The gain or loss on account of fluctuation of currencies shall be to the customer's account.
- It takes 5-7 working days for all the refunds to be processed after the parcel is received back at our warehouse.
- If you choose to be refunded back via coupon code, A coupon code with entire amount including the freight charges shall be given to you within 2 days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.
- You can either get an exchange or refund, we won't be able to process both.
- Return/exchange can be done only once. In case you wish to return your exchanged product, you will have to bear the pickup and shipping charges (Rs.99/- each).
- If you suspect that the package is tampered or damaged, you can reject the package at the time of delivery. In case you find a wrong/missing product in your delivery we will require an unboxing video with the images of the package attached within 6 hours of delivery so that we can check the issue promptly.
For returns, the item cost will be refunded but not the original shipping. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
